Maybe you do yoga to a mellow soundtrack filled with Jack Johnson and the sweet serenade of Corinne Simon. Maybe it's a leisurely walk while the Rolling Stones play in your ear. It could be an all-out, heart-pounding, drenched in sweat session of running sprints to Rage Against the Machine. Or perhaps, like me, you can really take a lot of crap out on that bicycle if the tunes are working their magic.
Whatever your preference, get it on, Badasses! Becaus de-stressing with music and exercise is a lot better for you than "relaxing" with a pint of Chunky Hubby ice cream or whatever the latest fad flavor is.
