There are 1,440 minutes in a day - even a Friday at the end of a busy week. Ten minutes of that is less than 1 percent of an investment. So today, I challenge you to invest at least that 1 percent. This 10-minute cardio/strength intervals routine kicks to the curb any excuse of "I don't have time."
No matter what, we can find 10 minutes. And you are worth the investment. If you have more time, do an extra round or two of the whole circuit. Once you start, keep moving from one exercise to the next quickly with very short rest if needed. This will keep your heart rate up and keep you at the 10-minute mark.
Enough chatter - blast off the weekend with this Badass Cardio Blaster!
